 first solve :

- Go to your profile and hover over your profile picture 

- Click Update Profile Picture 

You can: 

- Select a photo you've already uploaded or one you're tagged in

- Upload a photo from your computer

- Take a new photo

- Crop your photo and click Save Profile Picture

- back into the game and check 

second solve ( if first didn't work ) 

- goto the game 

- when touch to continue appear disconnect from the internet 

- touch to continue after few seconds  and reconnect

note : please try to enter/press ( my squad ) fast if you get application error and wait while and back again it will solve your problem . 

third solve if ( first and second didn't worked )  : 

1 - Remove the app from the mobile device

2 - Remove the FIFA app from the players Facebook details on webpage. Refer the following link how to do that - https://www.facebook.com/help/204306713029340/

3 - Install the FIFA mobile app on device

4 - Start up app, then link to Facebook, this should restore the old team details.

if all not worked please : 

1- check your device 

2- delete application data and cash 

goto setting - applications -  fifa 15 -  delete data 

3- try to re install the game 

4 - try use another device 

 FIFA 15 Ultimate Team swap player disconnect ( We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to the FIFA 15 Ultimate Team ) FIX :

1-Create a new squad with bronze players (players that hadnt been used in last matches)

2-Start a single player tournament match

3-Wait while the match starts, and then forfeit it and return to main menu

*This solved our problem, however, costed a lost match, but at least every player can be used again *
